Marcel Lewicki

Marcel Lewicki is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the HR IS Stream Lead at ABB since September 2018, leading global HRIS processes as part of a Transition Service Agreement while also driving SAP-based Talent Management processes. Prior to this role, Marcel held positions at ZeroChaos as an SAP HCM Specialist, where responsibilities included translating business requirements into SAP solutions and managing application optimization. Earlier experience includes working as a Junior SAP HCM Specialist at ABB and an HR Services Advisor at Shell, providing support across various HR functions and geographies. Marcel possesses a Master’s degree in Management from Krakow University of Economics and Burgundy School of Business, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Management from Krakow University of Economics.
