Marta Radzik

Marta Radzik is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in Record to Report (R2R) processes. Currently serving as the Global R2R Process Manager and CoE Capability Lead at ABB since July 2017, Marta oversees end-to-end R2R processes, acts as the global subprocess owner for Balance Sheet Account Reconciliation, and manages governance and compliance initiatives. Prior to ABB, Marta held various leadership roles at GENPACT, where responsibilities included managing R2R finance teams and ensuring accurate financial reporting in accordance with IFRS and US GAAP. Additional experience includes supervisory roles in stock accounting and asset management, demonstrating a strong commitment to continuous improvement and operational excellence. Marta holds a Master's degree from the University of Economics in Cracow and has completed postgraduate studies in Human Resource Management.
