Martha Balmat

Martha Balmat, CertT, is an experienced Treasury Manager specializing in financial markets risk management. Throughout their career, they have worked with notable companies such as Baker Hughes, Panalpina, Banco Santander, and IKEA, where they successfully managed foreign currency exposure, executed hedging strategies, and coached stakeholders on financial risk management. Currently, Martha is a Financial Markets Risk Manager at ABB, having previously served as a Treasury Controller at IKEA and a Treasury Manager at Panalpina for over a decade. They hold a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Rhode Island, completed in 1990.
