Matt Hamilton is a mechanical engineer turned quality professional with extensive experience in quality assurance and continuous improvement. They served as Quality Assurance Manager at Baldor Electric Company from 2014 to 2024, ensuring product quality for NEMA motors and managing customer complaints and ISO compliance. Previously, they held roles as Senior Quality Engineer and Continuous Improvement Manager at Baldor, where they facilitated problem resolution and promoted a culture of continuous improvement.
