Maximilian Specht, MBA, is a seasoned global R&D leader with over 15 years of experience in the energy industry, specializing in power systems, grid resilience, digitalization, and cybersecurity. They held various roles at ABB, culminating in positions such as Head of Control Engineering and Global R&D Lead. Prior to that, they worked as a Working Student in R&D at OSRAM and engaged in several internships within ABB’s R&D division. Maximilian obtained an MBA with distinction from Strathclyde Business School and a Dipl.-Ing. in Electrical Engineering from Beuth Hochschule für Technik Berlin.
