Mervin Munsamy

Mervin Munsamy is an experienced Country Human Resources Manager at ABB, responsible for overseeing the HR function for Southern Africa and serving as a Director on the Board of ABB South Africa. Mervin started their HR career in 1998, spending the initial eight years in a laboratory environment, and has worked in both public and private sectors. They completed a PhD in Leadership, Performance, and Change from the University of Johannesburg, as well as an MBA and an MCom focused on Human Resources. Mervin has also held various HR roles, including positions at Chubb Electronic Security, Standard Chartered Bank, and the City of Johannesburg, and completed an international business assignment in India between 2011 and 2014.
