Mia Salila

Mia Salila currently serves as the Delivery Capability Manager at ABB since June 2025. Prior to this role, Mia worked at Neste as the Global Process Owner for Operative Planning, where Mia successfully established L1 and L2 process ownership and enhanced collaboration across stakeholders. Previously, Mia held multiple positions at JELD-WEN Suomi Oy, including Supply Chain Development Manager and Continuous Improvement Leader, focusing on cultural transformations and quality initiatives. Mia's experience also includes roles at Linde as a LEAN Business Partner and at AGA, where Mia managed Supply Chain development projects and regional logistics, leveraging Six Sigma tools. Mia began a career in academia as a Project Manager and Marketing Coordinator at LUT University. Mia holds a Master of Science in Economics and is currently studying for another Master’s degree in Engineering with a focus on Environmental Science at LUT University.
