Michael Winkler

Michael (Mike) Winkler is a seasoned people operations and strategy architect with extensive experience in Workday and HRIS programs. Currently serving as the Global Integrations Lead & Global Test Lead for the Fusion Workday Program at ABB, Mike leverages a deep understanding of business models and technology to drive effective people management solutions. Previous roles include work as the Project & Change Manager for Workday at SWAROVSKI and Human Resources Business Partner at thyssenkrupp, among others. Mike has a demonstrated history of successful global Workday deployments and has consulted for major clients such as Barclays and First Horizon National. They hold an MBA from TIAS School for Business and Society and have mastered Design Thinking at MIT.
