Michael Zha is currently the HUB Lead for Talent Acquisition and Talent Advancement at ABB. Previously, Michael held the role of Talent Partner Lead at ABB and served as a Talent Acquisition Manager for Ingersoll Rand from 2011 to 2017, where they played a key role in establishing talent acquisition foundations in China. Michael's earlier experience includes working as a Recruitment Manager for ABB in East China and as an HR Supervisor at Tomorrow Holding Co., Ltd. They earned a Bachelor’s degree in International Trading from Shanghai University.
