Michal Ochman

Michal Ochman is a CMDB Process Manager at ABB, where they manage the execution and quality of the Configuration Management process and verify changes to the CMDB data model. Previously, Michal held multiple roles at Capgemini, including Configuration Manager and Configuration Analyst for major oil companies, as well as working as a Consultant on a data migration project and an IT Customer Service Analyst for a pharmaceutical company. They also served as a Configuration Librarian at IBM for an international bank. Michal earned a Master's degree in Psychology from Uniwersytet Jagielloński w Krakowie.
