Nanda Aerts

Nanda Aerts is an experienced communications leader currently serving as the Communications Leader for Electrification Distribution Solutions at ABB since May 2025, overseeing communications for the Benelux and Central Europe regions. Previously, Nanda held the position of Head of Marketing & Communications at Wygwam, a division of Niko NV, and at Niko, where responsibilities included developing go-to-market communication plans and managing brand identity. Nanda's extensive experience also includes serving as Communications Director for Europe & Global Markets at Aleris, where key contributions were made to CSR and sustainability communications. Earlier roles at Johnson Controls involved directing communications strategies to enhance sales growth and employee engagement, and prior positions at Emerson Automation Solutions and Ashland focused on marketing communications and event strategy. Nanda is currently pursuing further education at Vlerick Business School.
