Nick Elliott, BEng, CEng, FIET, has extensive experience in engineering management and research and development within the power systems sector. After beginning a career as a Graduate Trainee at GEC in 1990, they rose through the ranks to become Chief Engineer, leading a team focused on variable speed drives until 2010. Nick then served as Engineering Manager at Electrix in New Zealand for a year before taking on the role of Research & Development Manager at ABB New Zealand, where they oversee the development of power electronics solutions. Nick holds a First Class Honours degree in Electronics & Control from the University of Reading.
