Nils Karwisch

Nils Karwisch is a Logistics Process Expert in Value Chain Management at ABB, with experience in designing lean logistics processes and leading continuous improvement sessions focused on cost efficiency. His career includes roles as Project Manager in Inhouse-Logistics, where Nils managed strategic logistics projects and analyzed material flows to reduce waste and optimize production. Prior to these roles, Nils worked as a Working Student at prismat GmbH and TÜNKERS Maschinenbau GmbH, where duties included implementing SAP-EWM for warehouse logistics, assisting in ERP system integration, and optimizing logistic processes. Nils holds a Master's degree in Supply Chain Management & Logistics from the University of Duisburg-Essen and a Bachelor's degree from Hochschule Ruhr West.
