Nilsson Catrin

Nilsson Catrin currently serves as Manager of Automation & Control at ABB since August 2025. Prior to this, Nilsson held various leadership positions at Volvo Construction Equipment from March 2006 to August 2025, including Head of Connected Solution Platform and Manager of HW Platform & Architecture, overseeing the development of electronic components and platforms for global use across VCE products. Earlier roles included managing a large team focused on electrical and electronic systems for strategic projects and serving as Team Leader for product maintenance in the electrics and electronics domain. Nilsson's career began at Volvo Wheel Loaders AB, where roles included Application Engineer and Design Engineer for electrical systems. Nilsson holds a degree in Civilingenjör Elektroteknik, specializing in Signals and Systems, from Chalmers University of Technology.
