Paul Oldham

Paul Oldham is an accomplished talent acquisition and HR leader, currently serving as the Global Head of Talent Acquisition for ABB's Global Strategy & Electrification division. With a background that includes a role as Global Recruitment Lead at AstraZeneca, Paul has developed and implemented recruitment strategies across diverse global business units. Previously, they held positions at Kelly Scientific Resources and ADP RPO, where they demonstrated expertise in business development, team management, and client relationship building. Paul earned a Master's degree in Molecular Parasitology and Vector Biology from The University of Manchester.
