Pedro Silva

Pedro Silva is currently the Process Engineering and Continuous Improvement Manager at WEG, where they have been since 2017. As the Business Unit Manager for Portugal and Cape Verde in the ABB Turbocharging Business Area, they have led a team of six since 2005, overseeing operations, sales, and business development within the sector. With experience in the field dating back to 1997, Pedro has held various roles, including overseeing sales activities in the Iberia region since 2015. Prior to their current position, they worked at SMAS Gondomar, focusing on the water supply network. Pedro holds degrees in Mechanical Engineering from the Instituto Superior de Engenharia do Porto and the Faculdade de Engenharia da Universidade do Porto.
