Peter Knauer

Peter Knauer is an experienced executive in the fields of electrification and supply chain management, currently serving as Head of Central Europe at ABB Electrification, Smart Power since October 2025. As the Owner of Carma Management since April 2017, Peter has also held significant positions such as Head of Supply Chain at SKF Group and Vice President of Operations at Gunnebo Safe Storage. With a solid background at ABB from 1999 to 2017, Peter progressed through various roles, including SVP Operations for Large Motors & Generators and Managing Director of Motors & Generators. Peter's educational qualifications include an MSc in Engineering from Luleå University of Technology, MBA studies in marketing and finance from Western Washington University, and a UnivDipl in Production Technology from University West. Additionally, Peter served as a board member at IndustriQompetens Mälardalen AB from 2009 to 2019.
