Prashant Singh has extensive experience in human resources and compensation management, beginning with a summer internship at GENPACT in 2010. Following this, Prashant held various HR positions, including Manager - HR at airtel from June 2011 to December 2013, and Head Rewards & HR Analytics at HCL Services Ltd from December 2014 to July 2016. Prashant further advanced at ABB, serving as Operations Head - Compensation & Benefits from July 2016 to July 2018, and then as Head Compensation & Benefits from January 2021 to December 2021. Prashant's educational background includes a B.Tech. in Electrical, Electronic and Communications Engineering from the Indian Institute of Information Technology, Design and Manufacturing, Jabalpur, and a PGD in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations from XLRI Jamshedpur.
