Ramzi Akkawi is currently the MEA Region Manager at ABB Motion High Power, where they lead a global service organization managing a P&L exceeding $100 million. With over 17 years of experience in the utilities and mineral processing industry, they have successfully driven profitable growth and fostered international collaborations. Key achievements include spearheading the launch of ABB eMine™ for sustainable mining operations and executing a first-of-its-kind consultancy project for a major mining client. Akkawi holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics & Communication Engineering from the University of Warwick and a Master’s Degree in Management Technology & Economics from ETH Zurich.
