Rebecca Bennett

Rebecca Bennett is a seasoned recruitment professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition across various industries. Currently serving as a Talent Partner for ABB in Australia and New Zealand since May 2012, Rebecca oversees end-to-end recruitment processes, including strategy development, candidate sourcing, and stakeholder engagement. Previous roles include Recruitment Specialist on the Unilever account at Accenture and Interim Account Manager for the Selfridges account at ROC Recruitment. Rebecca also has experience as an In-house Recruiter at Sitel, a Recruiter at Madison Recruitment, and a Recruitment Consultant at Randstad. Rebecca holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Literature and Film, Media & Television Studies from The University of Auckland.
