Richard Hartness

Richard Hartness is currently the General Manager at ABB, overseeing operations since 2022. Previously, at Tenneco from 1999 to 2001, they held several key positions, including Director of Distribution Operations for the Global Aftermarket, where they focused on continuous improvement and operational performance within a $3.5 billion business. Hartness also served as Plant Manager, leading a team of over 1,200 members in production and distribution in the automotive aftermarket, prioritizing safety, quality, and financial productivity.
