Rob Grant

Rob Grant is currently the HSE & Real Estate Manager for the Energy Industries UK Cluster at ABB, a position held since 2025. Previously, Rob served in various roles at ABB, including Health, Safety & Environmental Adviser and Facilities Manager, where they oversaw compliance with ISO standards and managed health and safety protocols across multiple sites. Rob’s experience includes successful management of significant projects, like the relocation of a warehouse, achieved without incidents and leading to external certifications within a year. Rob completed their education at Kimbolton School from 1988 to 1999.
