Robin Cotton

Robin Cotton is an HR Global Project Lead with extensive experience in HR global transformation, benefits, and mergers and acquisitions (M&A). They have previously held leadership roles at RTI International, Dominion, and PPD, where they managed global compensation and benefits programs and led M&A due diligence and integration efforts. Currently, Robin is pursuing a Bachelor of Social Work and Post Baccalaureate Studies in Accounting at North Carolina State University, alongside an MBA from Virginia Commonwealth University. Robin has also completed Global Leadership Training at IMD Business School and continues to drive strategic HR programs that foster a diverse and innovative workplace.
