Roeland de Wit is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in compliance, legal affairs, and regulatory operations. Currently serving as the Head of Integrity & Regulatory Affairs at ABB Motion since July 2020, Roeland de Wit oversees initiatives to enhance productivity in a low-carbon world. Previously held several key positions at AkzoNobel, including Director of Compliance Investigations and Global Head of Compliance Business Operations, where Roeland de Wit was instrumental in establishing global compliance strategies and managing compliance operations. Roeland de Wit’s early career includes legal roles at Holland Van Gijzen and Donahue & Partners LLP, focusing on corporate advisory and commercial litigation. Educational credentials include a Master's degree in Law from Maastricht University and various leadership programs from IMD and the Center for Creative Leadership.
