Roger Dölker

Roger Dölker is a Global Program Manager at ABB, where they oversee projects in cyber security and medium voltage drives product development. With a global career spanning Germany, the USA, England, and Finland, Roger has significant experience in project and program management, particularly in embedded software and consumer electronics. Previously, at Nokia, they contributed to the development of 3G Internet modems and high-end Bluetooth headsets. Roger holds a Master’s degree in Telecommunications from Fachhochschule Konstanz, where they studied from 1988 to 1992.
