Ronny Happ

Ronny Happ is currently the Head of R&D at ABB AG, where they lead efforts in research and development with a passion for people and technology. They have extensive management experience in R&D, product, and portfolio management across Europe and Asia. Previously, Ronny served as the Head of Product Management and the R&D Manager at ABB, and they also held positions at Eaton as a Project Manager, Product Manager, and R&D Engineer. Ronny holds degrees in Electrical Engineering and Marketing/Marketing Management from Duale Hochschule Baden-Württemberg and Hochschule Koblenz, respectively.
