Ruediger Pleines is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in business transformation and consulting. Currently serving as the Head of Business Transformation for Robotics and Discrete Automation at ABB since February 2016, Ruediger also leads the Internal Consulting Group for Europe and holds the title of Group Vice President. Prior to joining ABB, Ruediger worked at A.T. Kearney for over 15 years, advancing to the role of Principal. Ruediger completed studies at the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT) from 1994 to 1999.
