Seji Mathew is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Global Business Line HR Manager for Robotics Industries and the Global HR Manager for Digital & Technology within ABB. With a career at ABB since May 2010, Seji has successfully led the Global HR Business Partner function for Process Automation's Technology division and implemented strategic people initiatives for over 1000 engineers at the Global Engineering Capability Center. Previous roles include overseeing Talent Acquisition for the Southern Africa Cluster and managing recruitment functions at the ABB Innovation Center.
