Shashidhar Dhareshwar

Shashidhar Dhareshwar is the Business Head and Vice President of Power Electronics at ABB Ltd, where they have been responsible for the Power Electronics business, including products, systems, and services related to high power rectifiers and traction converters. Prior to this role, Shashidhar held various positions at ABB from 2004 to 2007, including Assistant Vice President of High Power Rectifiers, where they led the business's P&L. Additionally, they managed converter applications at NGEF Ltd in Bangalore from 1982 to 1991. Shashidhar earned a BE in Electrical Engineering from UVCE and completed a Fast Track Management Programme at the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore in 2004.
