Shawn Traylor

Shawn Traylor is an experienced communications professional with a background in editorial management and communications strategy. Currently serving as Editorial Manager for ABB's Motion business since September 2018, Shawn leads a team of global communicators to create engaging content across various media platforms. Prior to this role, Shawn held the position of Region Communications Manager at ABB Motors and Mechanical, Inc. since 2014, focusing on digital content development and global communications strategy. From 1995 to 2014, Shawn worked as Corporate Communications Manager for Baldor Electric Company, where responsibilities included product promotions and media relations. Early in the career, Shawn served as Broadcast Editor and News Supervisor at Clemson University, promoting the institution and enhancing its public image. Shawn holds a Bachelor of Arts in Broadcast Journalism from Washington State University.
