Shelley Gager has extensive experience in sales and engineering, beginning with an engineering trainee role at Consol Energy from 1998 to 2000. Gager progressed to become a field sales engineer at Rockwell Automation from June 2001 to February 2007 before joining Baldor Electric Company as a senior sales engineer and territory manager from February 2007 to October 2014, where support was provided to customers in Michigan on power transmission components. After that, Gager served as a product manager for Torque Arm, MagnaGear XTR, and Maxum XTR at ABB from October 2014 to January 2021. Currently, Gager is the head of sales and business development at ABB since November 2024, after a role as director of the integrated motor drives product group and global segment manager for general industries at ABB Motors and Drives North America from March 2023 to December 2024. Gager holds a Bachelor of Science in Mining Engineering from West Virginia University, completed in 2001.
