Shilpa Prashanth

Shilpa Prashanth is a seasoned Global HR Operations Leader with extensive experience in delivering strategic HR solutions that enhance employee experience and foster inclusive company cultures. Currently serving as the Head of Employee Lifecycle Management at ABB, Shilpa leads a diverse team and manages end-to-end processes to ensure high-quality service delivery. Previously, Shilpa held key HR roles at VMware, McAfee, and Intel Security, demonstrating expertise in HR operations, program management, and employee relations. Shilpa has also earned a BSc in Information Technology from Karnataka State Open University and completed an Executive Development Program in Project Management at XLRI Jamshedpur.
