Silvio Colombi is a Corporate Executive Engineer at ABB Smart Power Division (ELSP), having previously served as a Senior Principal Engineer in Power Electronics and Systems. They obtained a MSc in Electrical Engineering in 1983 and a PhD in Control Engineering in 1997 from the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology in Lausanne (EPFL). Silvio has extensive experience in leading industrial and research projects, including developing advanced teleoperation technologies at JET and control systems for hybrid vehicles at SMH Automobile.
