Sonja Willgren

Sonja Willgren is the Head of Warranty for Marine & Ports at ABB, where they coordinate and manage warranty projects while supervising a small warranty team. They previously held positions as Warranty Manager and Warranty Engineer within the Marine & Ports division, focusing on customer warranty issues and quality projects. Sonja gained foundational experience as a Production Development Trainee and an Assembler Trainee at Planmeca, in addition to serving as a Sales Manager at Rensi Finland Oy. They earned a Master of Science degree in Production Engineering from Aalto University, where they also assisted in international product development courses.
