Stefano Volpe has extensive experience in UPS software support and technical training, currently serving as the UPS Lead Connectivity Service Support at ABB since July 2018. Prior to this role, Stefano worked at GE Critical Power for a decade, providing UPS software support and training to end customers and field service engineers. Earlier experience includes an IT Consultant and Network Administrator position at At-Shopnet, where Stefano offered both remote and onsite IT support. Academic qualifications include a degree in Ingegneria Informatica from Politecnico di Milano, obtained in 2005.
