Stephanie Fielder

Stephanie Fielder has extensive experience in engineering and quality management, currently serving as SR Engineering Manager for Engineering to Order at ABB since January 2008, where responsibilities include quality system development and continuous improvement strategies. Prior to this role, Stephanie held various positions at ABB, including Manager of Flow Products Project Engineering and Project Engineer. Stephanie's earlier career includes serving as Materials Manager at Alternative Design Manufacturing & Supply, Inc., overseeing team performance across multiple functions, and as a commissioned officer in the US Army, focusing on combat engineering. Additionally, Stephanie was the Director of Customer Care at Wolters Kluwer Law & Business, where management of customer support teams led to four promotions. Stephanie holds a Master of Science in Quality Management from Florida Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Management & Ethics from Oklahoma Wesleyan University.
