Swathi Cukkemane is an experienced professional in talent and learning development, currently serving as Global Talent and Learning Lead for Finance in the Electrification division at ABB since March 2021. With a robust background at Volvo Group as Global Project Manager, Training Delivery Director, and Country Head for Volvo Group University in India and South East Asia, Swathi has a proven track record in implementing learning management systems and developing training programs. Prior experience includes leading learning operations at Schneider Electric and managing training and development at Smiths Group plc. Swathi holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Environmental Science from Sri Jayachamarajendra College of Engineering.
