Tharindu Jayasinghe

Tharindu Jayasinghe is a Senior R&D Scientist with a strong background in astronomy and data science, possessing six years of experience in managing extensive scientific programs and leading student teams. Previously serving as a NASA Hubble Fellow at the University of California, Berkeley, Tharindu developed machine learning tools and data analysis pipelines for the study of stars, contributing to significant advancements in the identification of celestial objects. Tharindu holds a PhD and an MS in Astronomy, along with a BS in Physics, showcasing a robust educational foundation in the field.
