Thomas Neubauer currently serves as the Global Customer Operations Manager for Commercial Operations at ABB, a position held since July 2021, following a role as Regional Commercial Operations Manager for Northern & Central Europe. Prior to this, Thomas Neubauer accumulated over two decades of experience at ABB STOTZ-KONTAKT GmbH, where responsibilities included managing customer support and order processing within the Electrification Business in Germany, alongside roles in material planning, logistics, and industrial engineering. Thomas Neubauer began the career as an internal trainee at ABB, gaining exposure across multiple departments. Thomas Neubauer holds a Diplom in Electrical Engineering and Electronics from Fachhochschule Karlsruhe, obtained in 2000.
