Tobias Simons is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in performance, reward, and global mobility. Currently serving as the Head of Performance & Reward for the MO Business at ABB since January 2011, Tobias has also held leadership roles such as Group Head of Global Mobility at EC Harris and Head of International HR & Reward at Eni. Earlier in his career, Tobias worked in international human resources at Standard Bank Group and as an HR International Manager. Tobias holds a Master’s Degree in International HR from SDA Bocconi, obtained between 2013 and 2014.
