Over the years, Tom has held positions including Project Manager, Sales & Business Development Manager, and Business Development Manager, where they focused on sales strategies and customer satisfaction. Currently, they lead the ABB Power Grids Service business in Ireland, responsible for performance targets and service optimization while fostering sustainable customer relationships.
