Tom Haynes is an experienced professional with a robust background in online customer experience and digital transformation. Currently serving as Global Delivery Manager for ABB's eBusiness platform since July 2021, Tom previously held key positions at Schneider Electric as Head of Online Customer Experience and at Sky in various roles, including Controller Online Self Service and strategic product owner for Sky.com. Additional experience includes an interim project director role at The Artworks, focusing on community regeneration in London, and several senior marketing roles at BT, where Tom spearheaded initiatives in digital TV services and online marketing strategy. Tom holds a BA Hons from The University of Manchester.
