Tong Yin

Tong Yin is an IT Operations Manager with a robust background in ITIL and project management, holding a PMP certification. They began their career as the IT Service Desk Team Lead at Hewlett Packard Enterprise from 2010 to 2012 and later served as Partner/Account Manager at Beijing Millennium Trading Co., Ltd from 2012 to 2016. From 2016 to 2018, Tong worked at ABB in various roles, including Global End User Computing Service Coordinator and Project Manager. They are currently employed as a Solutions Architect at ABB in 2024 and have also worked as IT Operations Manager at Bitmain from 2018 to 2019. Tong earned a Master’s Degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering and Entrepreneurship from the University of Nottingham and a Bachelor’s Degree in Automation from Xi'an University of Technology.
