Toril Aatland

Toril Aatland is the HSEQ Director at ABB, where they have worked since 2017 after previously serving as Head of Section HSE & Technical Safety. Their career in healthcare began as a nurse, with experience at Stavanger University Hospital, Helse Bergen, and Aalborg Sygehus from 2000 to 2011. Toril has advanced their education with numerous qualifications, including an Executive MBA from Norges Handelshøyskole and a certificate in International Risk Management. They have played a key role in safety and technical environments throughout their professional journey, notably on projects like the Troll A Pre-Compression 34 at ABB.
