Trung Duong

Trung Duong is an experienced researcher specializing in the design and analysis of electrical machines and actuators using 2D/3D FEM software. Currently, Trung focuses on developing novel electromagnetic actuation systems for medium and low voltage protection products at ABB. Previous roles include postdoctoral research at EPFL, where Trung contributed to projects on intelligent footwear and noninvasive bladder emptying devices, and a doctoral program at Korea Electrotechnology Research Institute, where Trung developed smart actuators and energy-saving motor systems. Trung holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Hanoi University of Science and Technology and a PhD in Energy and Power Conversion Engineering from the University of Science and Technology, Korea.
