Varsha Ashok has over 20 years of experience in Business HR, specializing in various domains including Talent Management, Workforce Planning, HR Strategy, and Organizational Development. Since October 2016, Varsha has held multiple roles at ABB, including Performance & Reward Partner and Group Leader in Short Term Incentives. Prior to ABB, Varsha was with Technip for a decade, serving as India Talent & Recruitment Head. Varsha's career began as a Recruitment Specialist at Summit HR World and as a Lecturer at Bharath University. Varsha holds an MBA in HR from Loyola Institute of Business Administration and an Engineering Degree in Instrumentation from Madurai Kamaraj University.
