Volker Stephan

Volker Stephan is the current CEO of Consenec AG and has extensive experience in human resources, primarily at ABB. From 2008 to 2009, they held the position of Head of Group HR Development, overseeing talent management and HR excellence. Throughout their career at ABB, Volker progressed through various roles including Country HR Manager and Head of Global HR Services, managing HR functions across numerous regions and thousands of employees. Volker is also actively involved in governance, serving as President of ABB’s Pension Fund in Switzerland and other boards. They hold a Diplom Betriebswirt degree acquired between 1987 and 1990.
