Wenhai Wang

Wenhai Wang possesses extensive experience in labor and social security law, having served as the Deputy Director of the Legislation Division at the Ministry of Labor and Social Security of the People's Republic of China from June 1996 to March 2005, where key contributions included drafting essential regulations and providing legal advice across departments. Subsequently, Wenhai Wang worked as Legal Counsel at Nestlé China from April 2005 to May 2012, managing labor cases and advising on industry relations. Currently, since June 2012, Wenhai Wang serves as the Employee Relations Director at ABB, focusing on developing employee relations strategies and ensuring compliance with legal and HR requirements. Wenhai Wang holds a Master's degree in Civil Law from the University of Politics and Law of China and a Bachelor's degree in Economic Law from the Institute of Politics and Law of Middle-South China.
