Yolanda Francés

Yolanda Francés is a Senior Mechanical Engineer at ABB Traction in Switzerland, where they have been contributing since 2014. Previously, Yolanda owned and managed EncoTec GmbH from 2000 to 2014, focusing on product development and mechanical engineering. They also held positions at Bombardier Transportation AG and ABB Electrical Machines ATM, specializing in electro-mechanical design. Yolanda started their career as a Mechanical Engineer at Fischer AG and co-managed Lawatsch & Francés prior to that. They earned a Diplom in Mechanical Engineering from ZHAW School of Engineering, graduating in 1995.
