Zoheb Akhtar

Zoheb Akhtar is currently the Design Head for Dry Transformers at ABB, bringing extensive expertise in transformer design for both dry and oil-filled units up to the 132 kV range. Zoheb previously served as an Asst. Manager at Areva T&D India, managing the design release process, and later as a Manager in Quality & Testing at Schneider Electric, where they continued in a similar capacity after the acquisition. Their earlier experience includes significant roles in design engineering and quality management at AREVA T&D from 2005 to 2011, specializing in high-capacity transformers and quality assurance. Zoheb holds a B.Tech in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from UCER Naini Allahabad, completed in 2005.
